- 1 pomegranate (seeds or juice)
- 2 ripe pears (peeled and cored)
- 1 apple (peeled and cored)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 key lime (peeled)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:Pomegranate: If you're using fresh pomegranate, cut it in half and carefully remove the seeds. If you're using pomegranate juice, you can skip this step.Fruits and Vegetables: Peel and core the pear and apple, and slice the cucumber into pieces that will fit into your juicer. Peel the ginger.
- Juice the Ingredients:Start by juicing the ginger, cucumber, pear, and apple. The cucumber and pear will provide a lot of liquid, while the apple adds sweetness.If you're using fresh pomegranate seeds, juice them last, as pomegranate juice is packed with antioxidants and will add a deep, rich flavor to the mix.
- Add Lime Juice:After all the ingredients are juiced, squeeze the juice of 1 key lime into your drink. You can also add a little extra lime if you prefer a tangier flavor.
- Mix & Serve:Give the juice a quick stir to combine everything, then pour it into a glass.Serve over ice if you prefer a chilled drink.
- Optional:If you'd like to adjust the flavor or make the drink more hydrating, add coconut water or plain water for extra volume and hydration.
