This Valentine’s Day Juice Prep combines the natural aphrodisiac powers of oranges, key lime, pomegranate, celery, ginger, carrots, and mint to create a perfect blend that’ll have you feeling vibrant, confident, and yes, in the mood for a little love. Whether you're getting ready for a cozy night with someone special or preparing to treat yourself to some self-care, this juice has everything you need to feel energized, refreshed, and ready to feel the love. Equipment

  • Juicer or blender (I used the Kuvings Auto 10)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium oranges (peeled)
  • 2 key limes (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (or 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate juice)
  • 2  medium carrots (peeled)
  • 1-2  stalks of celery  (chopped)
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves 

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Start by peeling the oranges and key limes, and chop the carrots and celery into smaller pieces. If you're using fresh pomegranate, remove the seeds. Peel the ginger and set everything aside.
  • Juicing Time: Place all your ingredients (oranges, key lime, pomegranate, carrots, celery, ginger, and mint) into your juicer. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender to blend everything into a smooth mixture, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove any pulp.
  • Taste & Adjust: Once everything is juiced, take a taste. If you like your juice a little sweeter, you can add a touch of honey, agave, or maple syrup. If you want it more tart, feel free to add a bit more lime or ginger.
  • Serve & Garnish: Pour your juice into a glass and garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for that extra aromatic touch. If you like it chilled, add a few ice cubes to the glass.
  • Enjoy: Sip your homemade love potion and let the burst of citrus, spice, and sweetness fill you with energy, warmth, and a sense of connection — whether you’re sharing it with someone special or indulging in some self-love.
