Calming Cherry Limeade Mocktail with Ashwagandha Recipe
When you’re in the mood for something refreshing and delicious, but want to skip the alcohol, a Cherry Limeade Mocktail is the perfect choice! Not only does it taste amazing, but with a few added ingredients that pack a punch of health benefits, this mocktail is a great way to hydrate and nourish your body.

- 1 cup sparkling lime water
- 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
- 1/2 tbsp ashwagandha (https://amzn.to/4ahWj1u) (optional but highly recommended)
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- two fresh limes
- Cane sugar and agave syrup for the rim
Prepare the Glass: Start by rimming your glass with a mixture of cane sugar and agave syrup. Simply rub a lime wedge around the edge of the glass, then dip it into the sugar-agave blend.
Mix the Drink: In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the tart cherry juice, fresh lime juice, ashwagandha liquid or powder, and agave syrup. Stir or shake until well mixed.
Pour and Top: Pour the mixture into your prepared glass and top with sparkling lime water for that fizzy refreshment.
