Servings 2 people

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer ( I used the kuvings auto 10 juicer)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 inch A small piece of fresh ginger
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 key limes (juiced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Water or sparkling water (for a fizzy touch)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your IngredientsĀ Start by prepping the ingredients for your juicer. Peel and cut your pineapple, cucumber, and ginger into pieces that will fit into your juicerā€™s feed tube. If you're using mint leaves, lightly crush them before juicing to release their oils and enhance the flavor.
Juice the lime and lemon separately, or you can simply juice them along with the rest of the ingredients if your juicer handles citrus.
  • Step 2: Juice the IngredientsĀ Feed the pineapple, cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves (if using) through the juicer. The juicer will extract the fresh juice, leaving the pulp behind for a smooth, refreshing cooler.
  • Step 3: Adjust ConsistencyĀ If you prefer your Ginger Pineapple Cooler a bit thinner, add some cold water or sparkling water to the juice. This will not only help to adjust the consistency but also add a refreshing fizzy twist to the drink. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a spoonful of honey or your preferred sweetener.
  • tep 4: ServeĀ Pour the freshly juiced cooler into glasses filled with ice cubes if you like your drink extra cold. If you prefer it chilled without the ice, just refrigerate the juice for a few minutes before serving.
  • Step 5: Garnish and EnjoyĀ For that extra touch, garnish your drink with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime or lemon on the rim of the glass. This adds a refreshing visual and more zing to your cooler.
