  • 1 cup fresh kale (stemmed)
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 green apple (peeled if not organic)
  • 2-3 stalks of celery
  • A small piece of fresh ginger  (about 1 inch)

Instructions
 

  • Prep Your Ingredients:
    Wash your kale, celery, cucumber, apple, and ginger thoroughly.Cut your apple into slices (no need to remove the core, just the seeds).Peel the lemon and slice it into wedges.If using a juicer, peel the ginger and cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Juicing:
    If you're using a juicer, simply feed the ingredients—kale, apple, cucumber, celery, ginger, and lemon—into your juicer and let it do the work.If you don’t have a juicer, blend everything in a high-speed blender with about half a cup of water or coconut water. After blending, strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
    Pour the juice into a glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of mint for an extra refreshing touch. Drink immediately to maximize the nutrient content and enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavor!
