Prep Time 20 minutes
Servings 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Juice (You can juice the pineapple at home or buy freshly pressed pineapple juice)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger Juice (Freshly grated and juiced ginger provides the perfect spicy kick)
  • tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1-2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkle water (To give the drink a refreshing fizz)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Fresh Ingredients
Start by extracting the fresh juices:
Fresh Pineapple Juice: If you have a juicer, just slice the pineapple and juice it. If not, blend the pineapple chunks in a blender and strain the pulp through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice.
Fresh Ginger Juice: Grate a small piece of fresh ginger, then squeeze the grated ginger to release the juice. You can also use a ginger juicer if you have one.
  • Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker or a mixing glass, combine:
1 cup of freshly squeezed pineapple juice
1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed ginger juice
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1 to 2 teaspoons of agave syrup (depending on how sweet you like your drinks)
  • Step 3: Shake it Up
Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker or mixing glass, and give it a good shake for about 15-20 seconds until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  • Step 4: Pour and Top with Sparkling Water
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Then, top it off with sparkling water (about 1/2 cup, but feel free to adjust based on your preference). Stir gently to combine.
  • Step 5: Garnish and Serve
For an extra touch, garnish with a slice of lime or a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. You can also add a few mint leaves for an aromatic boost. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical vibes!
